碩士 === 中華大學 === 運輸科技與物流管理學系 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to analyze the pick-up behavior of children’s parents in elementary schools. In addition, the knowledgw and attitude of traffic safety education are also analyzed for the children and their parents. Teaching material are also designed and delivered based on the importance and requirement of road traffic safety behavior. The teaching performance is assessed for the traffic safety education improvement. The objectives include: 1. To understand parents and students for traffic safety behavior cognitive situation. 2. To compare different personal background traffic safety behavior the difference. 3. To establish traffic safety teaching plan, deliver teaching courses and analyze the teaching performance. 4. To develop traffic safety improvement strategies. This study uses literature review analysis, questionnaire survey, statistics analysis to complete the objectives mentioned aboved. Results showed that “crossing roads safely”, “recognition of vehicle’s potential damage”, “traffic signals, signs and markings” are the three top high priorites for school students.
