The simulation is based on student's behavior and their daily schedule. Basically, there are 30 students and 1 teacher in one class. Cellular automata, which is implemented in the Netlogo platform is employed to simulate the infection under different conditions. According to the results, vaceine injection, mask wearing and washing hands can reduce the infections situation of common cold and flu effectively. However, the prevention methods can hardly reduce the average illness duration of common cold. On the other hand, the prevention methods can reduce the average duration of flu obviously. The performance of multiple prevention methods to deal with common cold and flu is better than that of single prevention method. In addition, if students attend after school class, the performance of flu prevention will be reduced.
