The Government is in the way the evacuation plan have tended to take refuge facilities than large scope of this study will sort out the situation analytically study the optimal layout of the facility near the refuge potential disasters are more prone to mudslides stream Guishan District, Taoyuan City. According to the Executive Yuan's Council of agriculture soil conservation service soil debris flow disaster prevention information network announced that the current Guishan District, Taoyuan City District 10 belonged to five different mudslides in the disaster prone Potential streams, after actual observation that 10 potential streams, using a single source of disaster scenarios and multi-source environment with the worst-hit refuge facilities, provide some refuge and a place of refuge for victims of direction use. Planning of temporary shelter facilities to the provisions the Council of agriculture soil and water conservation Bureau of the Executive Yuan, and places of refuge where the disaster occurred to no more than 30 minutes walking distance, so most of the nearby schools and community centers to do best laid plans.
