Abstract
Due to the special geographical location of Taiwan, not only located western of the Pacific seismic belt , and the main path of the Northwest Pacific typhoon invasion . In recent years , rainfall characteristics change significantly . Heavy rain occurred with increasing frequency, resulting in flash floods caused mountain landslides, frequent earthquakes threaten people by natural disasters is considerable.
Currently within the scope of urban planning, buildings and their impact on the environment range lack of proper disaster prevention measures. "Urban Renewal Ordinance legislative stage."Government financial resources and manpower shortage, land and buildings acquired problems. In the past for their participation in the process of urban renewal, residents, Construction Company, planning practitioners, government officials holding different views, It may affect the relationship between the planners and promoters, cause the slow progress.
This study will be premised on disaster prevention, application of Delphi method and AHP, to investigate the influence factors of Disaster type urban renewal Badge factor. Utilizing case studies to build related to disaster prevention function equipment implementation costs.
The result of research : Volume incentives and public demand is what promoting disaster prevention type urban renewal factors ranked 1, 2. In Disaster Prevention type urban renewal badge , structural safety is recognized as the most important by experts. Comprehensive Index Weights, improve building seismic coefficient, setting underground storage or detention pond, build safety monitoring system is the experts have identified the top three .
