This research using the bivariate correlation, hierarchical regression and structural equation modeling for statistics and analysis, and the results show: (1) Negative correlation between Psychological Well-Being and Sleep Disturbance、Stress and Demoralization; (2) Sleep Disturbance affect the Psychological Well-Being, while Stress and Demoralization plays the role as mediator; (3) Stress and Sleep Disturbance simultaneously affect the Demoralization, then influence the Psychological Well-Being.
