Summary:碩士 === 正修科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 104 === This paper provides a smart system based on IoT architecture to promote the quality and effectiveness of after-sales maintenance for the commercial generators. This system consists of a smart control module, a client system and a server system. The smart control module was based on an system on chip, SoC, can measure the power status of generator, provide device protection, and transmit the status data to client system by wired or wireless communication. In client system, a monitoring interface designed on an embedded system can display the data gathered from the smart control module and control the generators. Furthermore, all the gathered information about generators will be recorded both in the client and server database simultaneously. The maintenance engineers can use the website on server system to inspect the data of customer’s devices, by which the analysis and evaluation of device status and the arrangement of maintenances can be implemented. In addition, this system configuration can be applied for the maintenance of any other electrical devices to let manufacturer promote the after-sales service and achieve proactive maintenance.
