The amount of construction workers are increasing in recent years. But they have the advanced age tendency, and suffer the occupational disease at a high level in Taiwan. Many workers drink alcohol, smoke and chew the betel nut, have difficult to cut off. They suffer from liver, lung or oral cancer higher than other workers of industries. Therefore, the health-promoting of construction industries must start immediately. This study was to investigate the innovation of workplace health-promoting, analysis the current situation, find out the key factors of workplace health-promoting in construction industries, and to provide the improvement and suggestion of workplace health-promoting in construction industries. The first stage was to intend the questions of this study. The expert was invited to confirm the reliability of this questionnaire. The validity of these measurements was confirmed by pre-questionnaire. The second stage was to provide anonymous questionnaires to workers by random in construction workplace. The analyzing results of statistics were from questionnaires of workers’ reply by SPSS 22.0. The main results indicated as following: (1) The key factors of health-promoting were: horizontal competition of external environmental factors, relative advantage of innovation, executives support of organization; (2) It was difficult to promote complex activities of health and improve the long-term bad habits. (3)It did not affect the construction industry to promote workplace health-promoting with gender, average of working days, education or length of service; (4) It was relatively easy to promote workplace health promotion by workers at 45-60 years old, but was difficult to promote by the worker with longer length of service. The large companies were easy to promote it. The different opinions were among different position in the company. Because the difference of communication between the positions within the organization caused the workers were no confidence with workplace health promoting by the company.
