Description
Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 醫學影像暨放射科學系暨研究所 === 104 === Female are forced to be executed mammo plastic surgery for glandular vestigial, postnatal glandular atrophy and mastectomy. To operate mammography which need manual totally to adjust the dosage, it can’t use by automatic exposure control, AEC. The first period use by 180 c.c. and 250 cc silicon with 10mm and 20 mm Polymethylmethacrylates (PMMAs), simulate different breast thickness they also simulate remainder glandular by American College of Radiology(ACR) RMI-156 phantom. According to the manual mode, manual mode and radiographers use clinical experience to modify manual mode’s kV, mAs ways to execute digital mammography. The second period is to subjective score by two radiologists. The objective score is which circle the ROI to count the Contrast to noise ratio (CNR) value. In subjective scoring, the results display that significant differences was found between adjustment version and original version I at 50 mm thickness (p=0.016), but the 40 mm and 60-100 mm show no significant difference. As for the objective score in the 40 mm thickness, the image is the highest quality, also the mass and background which the contrast are highest, too. In 50-70 mm thickness, the highest contrast is original version I higher than adjustment version, the lowest is original version II. 80-100 mm thickness, the contrast in adjustment version is higher than original version II.
