Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 資訊管理研究所 === 104 === Since 1999, 921 Taiwan earthquake, highlighting the importance of Disaster Prevention and Relief Work, in response to the global challenge of climate extremes and compound disasters, Central Disaster Response Center that is working to integrate real-time monitoring of the ministries of information, real-time disaster information and disaster latent analysis of the data in Figure funding potential, and actively promote the development and application of scientific and technological disasters Prevention and Relief. However, according to "Military Assistance Disaster Prevention and Relief Measures", the military responsibility for the disaster-prone district of natural disasters such as floods and landslides in the region, the initial completion of preset strength, conditioning equipment, according to former Central Disaster Response Center command to push the deployment, but relief forces information asymmetry, the lack of disaster Prevention and Relief management information integration mechanism, easy to produce troops, equipment idle and waste of social costs.
