At the same time, the teacher as an instructor positions belong one specific class, therefore they will have much more complex and diverse in their working. This study aims to comprehend the effect between personality traits, emotional management and working stress for the junior high school teachers. By using the questionnaire method is applied to this study. There are distributed 300 questionnaires which included 272 valid questionnaires. In order to understand the basic characteristics of respondents, we perform the descriptive analysis, as well as the multiple regression analysis to validate the hypothesis of the study. The results indicate that:(1) Personality traits have no significant effect on emotional management .(2) Personality traits have positive effect on working stress.(3) Emotional management has significantly negative impact on working stress. Basing on the findings of this survey, some particular suggestions could be provided for educational administration organizations, schools, teachers and researchers.
