Reducing the negative impact originating from the pressure within the workplace and inappropriate emotion management becomes even more important. The purpose of this study is to comprehend the influence of elementary school teachers’ personality traits to emotion management and workplace pressure. 330 questionnaires relevant to this study have been distributed, 315 of which were valid. The descriptive analysis is adopted to glean the basic characteristics of respondents. In addition, the multiple regression analysis is to validate the hypothesis of this study. The major findings of the study are: (1) personality traits have significant influence on emotion management; (2) personality traits have significant impact on workplace pressure; (3) emotion management has significant negative impact on the pressure within the workplace. Specific suggestions derived from the findings of the study could be references for education administration organizations, schools, school teachers and associated researchers.
