After several steps of setting, researchers could be underway the whole process of circuit board engraving. The engraving machine itself is EP-Q and driven by triaxial stepping motor. The minimum moving accuracy for X, Y axis is 0.005mm unit while the Z axis is 0.01mm which is controlled by depth micrometer and takes the independent operating system. By systematical introducing the operating process of the circuit board engraving machine, researchers could focus on circuit board drilling, circuit engraving, outline cutting and the cutting tool sizes which people could use. After changing the cutting tools every time, researchers should be aware of checking that working parameter is correct or not. And furthermore, researchers could use this project to do a more detailed introducing and the results of the quantified analysis. By researching this project, I truly expect to enhance the views of engraving machine consumer and practical references, and then used for important reference in school practical instruction.
