Explore the relationship among Employees Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility, Psychological Ownership and Subjective Well-Being. Using questionnaire survey , questionnaires a total payment of 380 were returned 361 questionnaires, the recovery rate of 97%, deducted nine invalid questionnaires, 352 valid questionnaires actual, real effective rate of 95%. and quantitative analysis using SPSS to do Descriptive statistical analysis, Factor analysis, Reliability analysis, correlation analysis, Regression analysis. The results show that Employees Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility, Psychological Ownership and Subjective Well-Being have a positive relationship , Psychological Ownership with has a positive relationship Subjective Well-Being , Psychological Ownership of the relationship between Employees Perception of Corporate Social Responsibility and Subjective Well-Being of having an intermediary effect .
