Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士班 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to determine the role of mindfulness and its effect on job burnout of employees in banking industry in Vietnam. We also examined the mediating effect of social support on the relationship between mindfulness and job burnout. Data was collected from employees who work in banking industry in Vietnam. A paper-based survey, with a return rate of 82.33 %, was completed by 247 employees. Responses from the survey were statistically analyzed with reliability, validity, correlation and multiple regressions. The results showed that mindfulness was negative related to job burnout and positive related to social support. In addition, we found that social support partly mediated the relationship of mindfulness and job burnout. Finally, there are some suggestions for further research.
