Therefore, improving professional knowledge and skill of coaches is the most efficient way to improve players’ satisfaction and loyalty directly and immediately, so that table tennis players can achieve the excellent results in the match.
This study adopted questionnaire survey and took the top 3 players at county and municipal level in Northern District, Central District and Southern District, or top 8 players in the national secondary school as the research subjects; totally 175 questionnaires were retrieved; SPSS 18.0 statistical software was used as analysis tool. The research findings indicate that: (1) professional knowledge and skill of table tennis coaches has the positive effect on players’ satisfaction; (2) professional knowledge and skill of coaches has the positive effect on players’ loyalty; (3) Players’ satisfaction has the positive effect on players’ loyalty. According to the research findings, this study put forward relevant suggestions to provide the national table tennis professional coach at the grass-roots level with the reference which is beneficial for players’ practice.
