| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 運動健康管理學系 === 104 === Wrestling is a kind of highly competitive and spectator sport. In order to continuously improve the international achievements and the number of learners, the establishment of wrestling gyms and the professional leadership behaviors of coaches play a very important role. Currently, in addition to wrestling gyms, schools throughout the country establish the wrestling school teams and clubs one after another to show the universality of wrestling. This study aims to discuss the professional leadship behaviors of coaches, identity and loyalty from the perspective of athletes. The students from different wrestling gyms and school wrestling athletes were selected as the research subjects. Regarding the research method, a questionnaire survey was conducted, totally 200 questionnaires were distributed and 200 valid questionnaires were retrieved; SPSS 18.0 and other software package were used to conduct statistical analysis. The analysis results show that: (1) the professional leadership behaviors of wrestling coaches have a positive effect on athletes’ loyalty; (2) the professional leadership behaviors of wrestling coaches have a positive effect on athletes’ identity; (3) the professional leadership behaviors of coaches have a positive effect on athletes’ loyalty.
