This study first explored competencies, medical teamwork, diagnostic decision and Kano’s two-dimensional quality model, refined Kano model by documentary analysis. Second, according to the results of the questionnaire, applied the Kano model and refined Kano model to classify physician competencies into five quality attributes. And then, analyze the quality improvement index according to customer satisfaction coefficient to improve the degree of satisfaction and reduce dissatisfaction. The results revealed nine elements of critical quality, two elements of High value-added quality and seven elements of potential quality. This result is more important when planning health education goals element. Last, according to research conclusions, the study provided suggestions for planning the medical education courses and future researches for assessing physician competencies.
