This study is aimed to participation and work-family conflict current situation, different background variables, correlations, and forecast, and intermediary effect among in explore the leisure.
The method is the questionnaire survey. The sample is explore the leisure in Taichung in 2016. The approach in this study adopts questionnaires and uses stratified ratio convenience samplingg to investigate350 samples that are from explore the leisure. Collected data are analyzed by the statistical methods of descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple regression.
Our findings seem to suggest that leisure participation and work-family conflict is only a small part of the relevant and not an effective coping strategy in the WFC context.
This study concludes by discussing the implications of major findings for academic and making suggests for further study.
