Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 104 === This study was to explore the destination image of tourists, service quality satisfaction and willingness to revisit the current situation, the visitors understand the different socio-economic background variables, the destination image, service quality satisfaction and willingness to revisit the differences in circumstances, and analyze the relationship between tourist destination image, service quality and satisfaction, revisit intention. In this study, subjects tourists, mining survey method of data collection, the data will be obtained using descriptive statistics, independent samplest test, one-way analysis of variance, correlation and regression analysis and other statistical methods to verify the hypothesis. The results show: (1) tourist destination image, service quality satisfaction and willingness to belong to revisit positively correlated. (2) willingness to revisit tourists destination images vary while significant differences, and to "the natural landscape ecology," the highest level, followed by the sequence of "casual food" and "sports and cultural experience." - (3) of its visitors of different ages service quality satisfaction have significant differences. (4) different marital status, satisfaction with the quality of its services have significant differences. (5) in different sectors of its tourist destination image, service quality and satisfaction have significant differences. (6) different message sources tourist destination images which have significant differences. It suggested that the relevant units in addition to the emphasis on landscape ecology Hualien produce good imagery to attract tourists outside the destination; should strengthen the conservation and preservation of local cultural landscape, and strengthen training and quality control services to provide network service information professional competence, so that Hualien's customer satisfaction and willingness to revisit upgrade. And the development and diversification of tourists with different design recreation and leisure travel, to attract more tourists.
