Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 104 === ABSTRACT The purpose of this paper is to investigate the differences among three aspects and nine indexes(Gross profit margin, Operating profit ratio, EPS, Quick ratio, Debt ratio, Current ratio, Receivables turnover ratio, Inventory turnover ratio, Fixed assets turnover ratio ) of two automobile companies: Hotai Motor and China Motor Corporation listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange. The time span is form 2009 to 2014 In 2014, the Taiwan market share of Kuozui Motor, Ltd., whose agent was Hotai Motor, was already over 50%. The results of Independent-Samples t Test, among the nine financial ratios, on the EPS, Receivables turnover ratio, Inventory turnover ratio, and Fixed assets turnover ratio parts, Hotai Motor were obviously better than China Motor Corporation; however, on the Gross profit margin, Operating profit ratio, Quick ratio, Current ratio, and Debt ratio were better than Hotai Motor, showing that under the leading of Mr. Kai-Tia Yan, the financial structure of China Motor Corporation has become better. As a whole, on the operation ability (Receivables turnover ratio, Inventory turnover ratio and fixed assets turnover ratio) and some important financial ratios like EPS, Hotai Motor still had the advantages of being a market leader on the operation ability (Receivables turnover ratio, Inventory turnover ratio and fixed assets turnover ratio) and some important financial ratios, like EPS.
