By means of in-depth interview to three children’s language schools in order to collect references and then go deep into a subject.The purpose in this study that research into industries in all tutorial schools, understand the difference in business strategies and then penetrate with the advantage and disadvantage in the market for improvement and promotion. By means of collecting the documents and references to direct to business strategies,some theories and researches to discuss with the difference in business strategies and predicaments. Furthermore, I interview the top three join an alliance of children’s language school and teachers etc. Finally,the study comprehends from Document Analysis and Interview Method.According to proposing some concrete advices: First, the product strategy is principal and the pricing strategy is worked as the way of recruitment. Second, improving the equipments for teaching and enhancing the qualities of teachers are primary about business strategies.
