Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to understand the teachers in the relationship between job crafting, psychological safety and job burnout, survey data collection, payment for the national state teachers. The questionnaires were distributed and 500 copies, 394 copies of questionnaires, the recovery rate was 78.8%, net of invalid questionnaires were 17, 377 copies of the actual valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 75.4%. Effective sample descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. According to the research results are the following findings: 1. Job crafting and job burnout significantly negative impact. That is, job crafting of teachers full higher the job burnout will be lower. 2.A significant positive impact, job crafting and psychological safety. That is, job crafting of teachers full higher the psychological safety will be higher. 3.Psychological safety significant negative impact on job burnout. That is, psychological safety of teachers full higher the job burnout will be lower. 4.Psychological safety has partial mediating effect relationship between job crafting and job burnout.
