This study uses the questionnaire survey procedure and purposive sampling to sample the new immigrant parents whom their children study in Hsinchu Public Guanxi Primary School. The total recycling effective questionnaires are 276 (recycling rate 69%). The data analysis is used SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) to verify the relation between social support and acculturation of new immigrant parents and learning achievement of their children. The study are listed as follows: (1) Emotional support perceived by the new immigrants has positive correlation with self-adjustment, family adjustment, and social adjustment. (2) Instrumental support perceived by the new immigrants has positive correlation with self-adjustment and family adjustment. (3) Informational support perceived by the new immigrants has positive correlation with family adjustment and social adjustment. (4) There is no sufficient evidences that acculturation has a significant relation with learning achievement of the children of new immigrants.(5) New immigrants’ human capital (education) is positively related to their children's language arts T-score, Mathematics T scores. Although the result of this study may not meet all the author’s prediction, the verified result can provide to coherent units as a reference of planning relative policy of new immigrants, to assist immigrants to become a part of the national competitive power, and the part of incorrect predictions can also be provided as a reference to the future researchers.
