Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 休閒事業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 104 === The purpose of this study aims to explore the effects of work stress, leisure participations and social support on mental health with case of resource room teachers in elementary school in Taoyuan City. A structural questionnaire survey was applied to sample over the total 288 resource room teachers in elementary schools in Taoyuan City. There were 245 samples returned, and 235 samples were valid for further statistical analyze. The analysis method includes reliability analysis, Descriptive statistics, Independent t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and Multiple Regression Analysis Stepwise.The results of this study were derived as following: Mental health could be significantly predicted by overall work stress. Mental health could be significantly predicted by professional growth, workload, and communication & coordination of overall work stress, also could be significantly predicted by student parents support of overall social support. Among them, the professional growth is the most important predictor of mental health. Significant difference in mental health exits among resource room teachers in elementary school based on their marital status, educational background, professional background, and resource classes seniority. The correlation between work stress and mantal health is negative. The correlation between leisure participations and mantal health is positive. The correlation between social support and mantal health is positive.
