Estimate of 250 kindergartens have been shut down in the past 3 years.Some common phenomena occurred on the developed countries such as low birth rate, the impact of the reform system on the preschool education industry and lack of young teachers. Taking all the above - mentioned factors into consideration, this will be a major challenge to operators of the preschool education industry. Under this circumstance, in order to reach reasonable profit and sustainable management at the same time, the strategies that all the kindergartens in Taiwan should take would be a question. This study took the chain B education institutions where has nearly 80 chain institution branches in Taiwan as an example. The sample were three senior executives in the organization and the interview questions were based on PEST analysis. The data analysis was adopted SWOT analysis and the establishment of strategy matching table.This aim of this study is hope to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of chain kindergartens’ business modes and through the interview result from the chain B education institutions knowing how to implement the successful experience of business strategy. As a result, this study aims to offer some business operating direction for preschool education industry operators and be able to achieve the purpose of sustainable development.
