In Taiwan, there are many mobile phone OEM, ODM cell phone manufacturer in the management often can not accurately estimate production capacity, resulting in market access and marketing are shortage phenomenon, and even lead to customer buying a different brand phenomenon. In this paper, the mobile phone manufacturers MES to WIP quantity adjustment factor productivity change, change the speed of the conveyor belt, adjust the direction of the turntable, the information obtained by the fit of production capacity, the use of intelligence network for cross-border mobile phone manufacturers to simulate existing machines the entire production process immediately after the estimated WIP change, and the variety of plays, including: changing the speed and direction adjustment dial conveyor belt, etc., for production process simulation, estimates the entire process in the production process of the obtained data, immediately data validation and comparison of this data output to a chart so that the system can make decisions to facilitate subsequent inventory carrying capacity adjustments and related feeding system can get the best yields.
