The most important thing to decide nation development is follows the industrial structure, which is made from demographic dividend and workforce plan. According to the project of YMCA in Taichung , the job training programs in Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, Taichung-Changhua-Nantou Regional Branch, it called Industrial Investment Program Plan which provides labors $NT 70,000 within 3 years to keep learning. Based on the research about training motivation and the degree of increase in Human Capital of trainees in 2011, furthermore the learning satisfaction of trainees and efficiency analysis to provide a reference evidence for job training organizations as a department of training. The point of the research is to promote job training and let laborer know how to participate in this project. YMCA in Taichung began to manage the Industrial Investment Program of Workforce Development Agency Ministry of Labor since 2008, they have got 100% of classes held successfully, 99% of classes were full. In addition, in 2011 YMCA is award sliver rewards by TTQS certificate. Based on trainees in 2011, 15 classes of 314 people ,YMCA made questionnaire surveys to know their training motivation, methods of teaching and learning satisfaction. There are 286 valid questionnaires, the response rate is 90%. YMCA analysis the research with 20 vision of SPSS through descriptive statistics analysis and crossed analysis to refer the relationship between classes planning、implementing and performance satisfaction with the direction of targets. The result revealed the benefits of job training in the future, the efficiency of practical courses are better than general courses significantly. Meanwhile, to focus on groups of high-aged, high-educated and high-unemployment rate of re-employment of mid-life crisis and the transformed industrial structures of the whole country, it depends on the classes planning and services in the organizations to increase learning satisfaction and employability 楊坤鋒 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 84 zh-TW |
