Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 纖維與複合材料學系 === 104 === Dyeing and finishing industry have played important roles in textile. It is given a better appearance, improve performance, additive value for product and business application market. In recent years, the dyeing and finishing industry studies that focus on high color fastness and suitable for multiple fiber. There are four parts of this study. At the first part, synthesis the dyes intermediates of benzanthrone structure and different types dyes based on arylamination and sulphonation reaction. Further that synthesis reactive disperse dyes with vinylsulphone group. These dyes were characterized by FT-IR, 1H NMR, LCMS and elemental analysis test with a view to determine their chemical structure. At the second part, focus on the basic properties discussion of the synthesized dyes. The results indicate that red series of dyes was measured by using UV-vis test, and λmax value in the region of 527-547 nm. The λmax value has hypsochromic effect because of the sulfonate and vinylsulphone group by arylamination and sulphonation providing strong electron-withdrawing. The dyes particle size are around 1.6-8.9μm. Above the synthesis dyes successfully achieve marketing standards. At the third part, synthesis different types of dyes from arylamination and sulphonation (Dye 1、Dye 2) were applied on polyester and nylon 6 fabrics. Study the dyeing properties at different conditions and compare to the similarly structure of commercial dyes. The results indicate that dye 1 dyed on polyester fabric has better color strength in dye bath of pH 5 and at dyeing temperature of 130 oC. And the color fastness, such as wash fastness have 4 level, rubbing fastness have 4-5 level and very good light fastness have more than 6 level at ISO test method. Dye 2 dyed on nylon 6 fabric has better color strength and good build-up in the dye bath of pH 4 and at dyeing temperature of 100 oC. The relevant dyeing characteristics, such as wash fastness have 3-4 level, rubbing fastness have 3-4 level and light fastness have 5 level. It conform that color fastness of commercial dyes dyed on nylon fabric. Finally, reactive disperse dyes (Dye 3) were applied on polyester and nylon 6 fabrics in one bath dyeing. The results indicated that the reactive disperse dyes dyed on polyester and nylon fabrics were successfully in one bath dyeing test. According to clip theory dyed on polyester fabric and had covalent bond on nylon fabric of vinylsulphone group. It seems that the type of dye could applied on polyester and nylon fabrics in one bath dyeing and effective reduced energy consumption of dyeing and finishing industry.
