Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 資電碩士在職專班 === 104 === In this study, Taguchi Method is used to improve the offset and cross section ratio of seal dispensing corner. The traditional method is based on software for adjustment parameters, and then the condition and process of adjustment can cause complications and fail early. The novel method use hardware to get adjustment parameter not only process simplification but also enhancing performance. From this research, the best parameter was finding by Taguchi Method, and then the best parameters are used for seal dispensing corner. The quantitative indicators of produce will get by using the optimize parameter and the quick analysis approach, and then these quantitative data are used before production. In this experimental result, the adjustment process of equipment has controlled more effectively by the hardware parameters, the line bar of seal dispensing corner achieve a cross section ratio reduction of 1.058 and the offset of seal dispensing corner was less than 1μm.
