Using network virtualization technology, virtualized servers can approach such services. Network resources should be used dynamically in this environment. Software Defined Networking (SDN) therefore is developed. To enhance SDN performance, network rules of controller are redefined in this thesis. Problems of ARP spoofing are avoided. Transmission performances are analyzed in different topologies. Without changing hardware device, learning behaviors of switches are corrected. ARP spoofing is avoided and better network performance is approached.
