Taiwan foundry industry has been suffered from the supply chain development and tighten internal demand in China which affect the industry development of Taiwan foundry industry. This study adopts the Porter Five Forces analysis to explore the industry structure of the individual company as a case study, the SWOT analysis included for exploring operating strategy. The five internal business strategies of company are as follows: upgrading process, automation equipment, transformational leadership, financial indicators, and staff centripetal force. This study provides the evidence that the above factors effectively influence business performance. By implementing the internal business strategies, a business can develop its competition strategy for outward operations. By strengthening its alliances and cooperative relations between other enterprises within the industry, the business can also strengthen the implementation of internal operational policies.
