With the growth of entire economy and the change of the living style, beverage has changed from luxury goods into daily necessaries. The booming market attract many of the foreign companies to join the Taiwanese beverage market one after another, and make the market a keen competition. Some of the product did not receive a positive market response, bring about the recession of the production output and let the facilities lie idle. Nevertheless, some of the companies are facing the explosion of the sales volume, and cause the shortage of the production capacity. For the above reasons, the beverage OEM industry has begun. Ever since a long time ago, the purpose of associate or been associated are aim to digest an excess production capacity or to build up the flexibility of production capacity. Rare of the OEM supplier is non beverage or food industry but invest in the beverage OEM business. H Company is the minority, which create a new business model with proactive advancing strategy. Integrating packaging material and beverage OEM servicebecomeone-stop OEM service supplier. Bring up the competitive advantage with its core capability of enterprise, which makes the company not only the largest supplier of PET bottle and cap in Taiwan, but also a professional beverage OEM supplier. Not just creating advantages to its original industry, also enter the supply chain successfully. This researchanalysis the relationship between core capability and competitive advantageof the enterprise by study the history of the development of beverage industry and OEM business, also the developing progress of the H Company, which make the enterprise integrate the resources and abilities become competitive advantage successfully, also create value to its customers and advance its own operatingperformance.
