Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 創新設計與創業管理研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among family function, psychological capital, and well-being of junior high school students, and the mediating effect of psychological capital on family function and well-being. The research questions included : (1) Can family function predict psychological capital of junior high school students? (2) Can psychological capital predict well-being of junior high school students? (3) Can family function predict well-being of junior high school students? This research adopted a questionnaire survey for junior high school students as participants. A total of five hundred valid questionnaires were collected with sampling methods. The questionnaire data was analyzed with the statistical software SPSS12.0, including descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, related analysis, regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis. The major findings were as follows: (1) The students with better family function had stronger psychological capital. (2) The students with stronger psychological capital had higher well-being. (3) The students with better family function had higher well-being.
