Summary:碩士 === 遠東科技大學 === 創新設計與創業管理研究所 === 104 === Looking back at numerous studies dene on elementary school teachers in the past, there are still no researches that explor psychological capital and role stress on the effect of happiness. This study is primarily to find out the impacts of psychological capital and role stress on the effect of happiness on elementary school teachers and then to investigate their impacts and intermediary effects. This study is runned by questionnaire surveys with the investigated subjects from elementary school teachers and with total of 335 valid replies received on sample survey. In order to analyze data analysis, the study uses SPSS 20 statistical software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The result shows that psychological capital has significantly negative influence on role stress; role stress has significantly negative influence on happiness and psychological capital has significantly positive influence on happiness. With the explanation on research results and the points of views from the school operators, this study provides some suggestions about psychological capital, role stress and the effect of happiness as references in the future for educators and management of academic units.
