To complete the course of the education, it should be included “spreader” and “learner”. As for the purposes of above, the thesis is deeply research of the questions as below: (1)What are the strategies of spreading Environmental Education;(2)To analyze the point of spreading Environmental Education.;(3)To study how to combine and use the community resources. And go through by case study method’s Interviewing and Secondary Qualitative Study (Case by school’s spreading plans, courses, the news reporting or records) to research. Then find out the problems and solutions.The theories of this study are applied in educational marketing and Interpersonal communication to be directed against the marketing objects or organizations to affect and change the humanity’s cognition and behavior, to through and carry out the purposes of Sustainability developing in the Environmental Education. The studies show that there are faultless ideas and aims combined with local resources to spreading Environmental education in a school case of the spreading environmental education process, developing the curriculums, Events Features and the partnership of school and community. And the most important is applied Multivariate media and propagandize makes the Environmental Education to yield twice the result with half the effort in the spread level.
