Vegetarian industry globalization requires a common platform for accreditation or certification. For vegetarian industry globalization, researcher construct a vegetarian quality accreditation system and make strategic selection by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The contribution of methodology is to discuss dominant method, dominant group and decision consistency, and check the decision robustness based on the AHP method. In this paper, Expert Choice 11 and Power Choice V2.5.1 are adopted as analysis software to detect the degree of difference. Case study selected Chinese Vegetarian Union and FGU Vegetarian Club for compared strategy selection, and analysis the vegetarians and non-vegetarians decision differences. There are each 15 kernel members to participate this survey. This hierarchical conceptual structure includes one ultimate goal, five crucial elements and fifteen strategies, and provides Taiwan accreditation authorities for reference a vegetarian quality accreditation and conforms to the global standard.   The followings emerged. First: There are high recognition about the ultimate goal, which CVU have a higher degree. Dominant group is a vegetarian. In twelve beliefs, "Vegetarian accreditation in order to ensure the rights and interests of consumers, Food is the paramount necessity of the people, Vegetarian shall emphasize quality natural flavor" is the leading belief. Closest to the consensus belief group is the CVU and vegetarians. Second: Crucial elements for this ultimate goal are consumer and government, firms, accreditation system, global organizations, accreditation authority. Dominant group for vegetarians. Third: Top five strategies are consultant support, participate the TAF, strategic alliance, vegetus cloud platform and product liability insurance. Under the element level is FGU vegetarian club and non-vegetarians. Under the goal level is FGU vegetarian club. Dominant method for Power Choice V2.5.1 combined ranking. Final conclusion shows that, the least important strategy have consistent opinions and consensus, the selection options more consistency will decreases.
