In particular, this system allows the user to input the relevant information to the database. Moreover, the managers can access, delete, modify and query data through the cross-platform system. In addition, the managers use the data to analyze customer needs, including the average amount of consumer’s consumption, and how often maintenance time, thus help managers reduce the risk of hoarding goods and achieve the best cost strategy.
