Quantitative research method has been used in the study. Interview with questionnaire is used as the method of data collection. The number of participants is 133 and here is the result of data analysis. 1.The female gender is mostly ;The age aspects focus on over the age of 65;most are from Taiwanese 85% ; most of them are illiterate; most are widowed ; believe Buddhism mostly ;most of them are live with families; more than 70% have caregivers; care by the child ( daughter - in - law)occupy the highest proportion; the main source of living expenses most from child; predominantly severely disabled; most of them use take shower and catering services in the current items; use home care service over five years occupy the highest proportion and they would like to continued using home care service. 2.Home care service users for service quality of the home care assistant’s direct services. The "interviewee", "habitat", "caregivers", "marital status" and "relationship with the primary caregiver" would come to significant differences in the aspect of quality of service . 3.Home care service users for service quality of the home care supervisor’s direct services. The "interviewee", "habitat ", "caregivers", "body care service", "use the home care service time" would come to significant differences in the aspect of quality of service . 4.Home care service users for service quality of the home care supervisor’s code of ethics. The "interviewee" would come to significant differences in the aspect of quality of service . 5.Home care service users for service quality of the Long-Term Care manager’s direct services. The" caregivers ", "marital status" would come to significant differences in the aspect of quality of service . 6.Home care service users for service quality of the institutional services and client participance . The "Age" would come to significant differences in the aspect of quality of service . 7.Demand on Home care service: (1) From the core items for long term service management, most of the users has the need of showers with assisting. Apart from the core items, users would like to have services of nail cut, massage and hot foot. (2) On behalf of service hour, users and their family members mentioned that duration should be varied based on different circumstances and disease that users suffered. (3) For labour division, user and their family members represented that there would be fixed caregiver for certain users. Moreover, they also expressed that the association should provide training course regularly in order to maintain better service quality from caregiver. (4) Apart from information of home care service, users would like know information on related items, including air bed and diaper, special food requirement for users.
