More and more corporates starts to pay attention on the topics of environmental protection, and review each link from the supply chain, and improve it to green supply chain with the trend.
Vehicle is a necessary transportation nowadays. Automobile industry is one of the top 10 world biggest industry, it involves a wide range of relevant industries, but the industry would cause pollution for the environment. Thus, the study first analyzes the current status of automobile industry, and collect relevant literatures as the basic theory. Then the study focuses on Toyota Motor Corporation as the case object through the case study and archival analysis to conclude the key factors of its successful green supply chain.
