The researcher explain the process of her career development from childhood to the teaching period written by self-narrative adopted with biography. There were three main purposes in this study. First, the researcher tried to comprehend the relationship between self-identity and professional identity by analyzing some prior studies and process of the profession growth. Second, the researcher explored the transformation and its cause of the shape on the private elementary school teacher professional identity by the narrative. Third, this study reveled some enlightenment on teacher professional growth from the shape on the private elementary school teacher professional identity. In this narrative study, the researcher realized that the teacher self-identity and the professional identity from teaching socialization must be often agitated, collided and accommodated in the educational context, and then the “self” developed through the reflection.The researcher further understood that the teacher professional identity wasn’t formed in the certification of educational program for elementary school teacher, but was depended on teacher’s growth on the learning from the education knowledge and experience in the practice through the severance event wreck and attempt bravely in teaching reformation. Therefore, the teacher professional growth was based on the effort on the practice.
