Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 104 === Abstract In the study, kindergarten preschool educators of public kindergartens in New Taipei City are investigated to analyze the mutual relationship between source of working pressure and coping strategies through the implementation of questionnaire and relevant statistical methods. 800 questionnaires are used and 650 questionnaires are found effective. The contents of research can be divided into three parts: (1) the situation analysis of kindergarten preschool educators on source of working pressure and coping strategies, (2) the difference of educators on source of working pressure and coping strategies for personal background variables, and (3) the correlation analysis and regression analysis for source of working pressure and coping strategies. Based on the results of our research, we propose the corresponding suggestions and provide the direction for future research. Finally, it is expected that the results of research can be taken as a reference of the formulation of relevant policies for education authority and the study associated with this issue in the future.
