Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 電子工程學系碩士班 === 104 === In this thesis, we proposed a fuzzy control system integrated circuit, The system integrated circuit is designed in VHDL, and a FPGA is used as the verification platform. To build an intelligent temperature control system, we design necessary peripheral circuits to combine the FPGA and the traditional oven. We use the existing fuzzy control core and the existing control system structure including the feedback circuit, error generation circuit and PWM driving circuit. Based on the architecture, we modify the read-out circuit of temperature sensor, including the voltage divider, the voltage follower, and the ADC circuit. In the FPGA, we design the data processing circuit to map the ADC input signal to the real temperature in decimal. We also design the user interface circuit to set temperature and baking time of commands, and then we can input various cooking method for different food. In addition to the data processing circuit and setting circuit of temperature and time, we design the LCD driving circuit and display circuit to provide better information display interface of the temperature control system for users. The experiment results show that the function of proposed fuzzy control system integrated circuit is correct and can be applied to the intelligent cooking of traditional oven.
