Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 機電工程學系 === 104 === In this thesis, the flow field characteristics for the piezoelectric fans combined with the pin-fin heat sinks are investigated by particle image velocimetry. The effects of the phase difference, the configuration of the piezoelectric fans, and the heat sink dimensions on the flow fields are discussed. The results show that for the piezoelectric fans combined with the series of heat sinks with fin number of 16 and fin height of 30 mm, when the piezoelectric fans are in face-to-face configuration, the cooling effect for counter phase vibration is a little better than that for in phase vibration. Moreover, when the piezoelectric fans are in edge-to-edge configuration, counter phase vibration outperforms in phase vibration for the cooling effect. For the piezoelectric fans combined with the series of heat sinks (fin number of 9, fin height of 15 mm), when the piezoelectric fans are in face-to-face configuration, the cooling effect for in phase vibration is a little better than that for counter phase vibration. Moreover, when the piezoelectric fans are in edge-to-edge configuration, counter phase vibration outperforms in phase vibration for the cooling effect.
