According to the World Tourism Organization (World Tourism Organization, referred to as the WTO) the 2000 edition of the report pointed out that "tourism" has become the primary source of foreign exchange earnings in many countries. In the foreign exchange earnings of countries around the world, about eight per cent from the tourism and leisure over income (over automation and electronic products 7.8% and pharmaceuticals 7.5%), total revenue also exceeded all other international trade species, ranking first, about five trillion three hundred thirty billion US dollars. The number of global tourism in 1960 sixty-nine million passengers in 1999, 644.44 million people, growing six times nine, the global tourism revenue in 1960, $ 6.867 billion in 1999 $ 454.553 billion, growing sixty six times (Tourism Economic Report, 1st edition, 1998). The present study was to investigate the tourists Hotel Hsinchu area will be inhabited and now most of the tourists because of what factors lead to the selection of different Hotels, we'll dynamic points system to select hotel tourists causality through simulated system in which to discover what factors make tourists decided to live in the hotel.
