Summary: | 碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 社會福利與社會工作學系碩士班 === 104 === This study aims to understand the present stage of Primary and Secondary school campus in dealing with sexual assault, sexual harassment or sexual bullying practice of procedural justice, and to make recommendations in accordance with the results.
The researcher conducted individual interviews with school contractors, as well as review panel members focus groups.
This study found that
1.Education is the core value of Gender Equity Education Act.
2.Procedural justice did not go to practice on campus.
3.The gender equity education committee of Primary and Secondary school did not function.
4.Examination System should not check whether the process to achieve procedural justice.
5.It took hard for people to learn , and the transfer of work to be really.
This study presents the recommendations are
1.To adjust the content of the curriculum so easy to understand.
2.Principals learn the correct handling knowledge. If the Principal considers important, it will affect other teachers also think it is important.
3.Strengthening the rule of law and advocacy on gender equality education for teachers.
4.Making systematic work manual.
5.More incentives.
6.Selecting have expertise committee.
