Because of this reason, owners’ must plan the best business strategy to increase owners’ sales. In addition to Innovation. In this study, the main research object is TTFB and Wowprime, through information to understand operating conditions. It can provide successful experience for owners’ and improve business. According to the study, TTFB and Wowprime adopt the business strategy is different from other companies, other companies use a centralized method to develop strategies, but TTFB and Wowprime using collective methods of cooperation to promote employees of coherence. As well as western fast food chain standard manufacturing processes used in the production process and the Oriental restaurant service. Because the company has abundant capital, technology, human, and plus group based business strategy. Through the above advantages, TTFB and Wowprimebecame well-known enterprises in Taiwan.
