Description
Summary:碩士 === 景文科技大學 === 旅遊管理系觀光與餐旅管理碩士班 === 104 === This study is to investigate the relationships between pay satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This purpose of this study is to investigate the relations between pay satisfaction and organizational citizenship behaviors. Besides, the relations between dimensions of pay satisfaction and dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviors are also examined in this study. Firstly, the present study constructs the relations between pay satisfaction and organizational citizenship through literature review and proposes two hypotheses. Then, a convenience sampling was conducted in this study. A Total of 7 hotels staffs in Taipei City and New Taipei City were surveyed. Data was collected from March to May 2016.The procedure resulted in 279 usable responses. Subsequently, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were employed in this study. The results indicate that pay satisfaction has a significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior; structure & administration have significant positive effects on OCBs-individual and OCBs-organization. The results are suggested to be useful references for hotel’s managerial sector managers while setting up their human resource managerial strategies.
