International transportation become more frequent, the sizes and load capacities of container ships or passenger steamers tend to be more huge. Ships and steamers have their own unique functions, usually interior spaces are very small,equipments are concentrated,structures are complex. It will be more difficult to put out fires and to escape during fire accidents happen. For the safety of transportations,we need not only to manage fire fighting equipments and fire prevention well,but also try to achieve the goals of “zero fire accident” and “be able to put out fires immediately”. However, in order to avoid casualties during fire accidents happened,we have to plan some appropriate evacuate routes in advance. There is no time to hesitate when fire accident happens, you need to choose the right way to escape immediately, escaping to wrong way or with wrong methods can cause serve casualties,how to educate crew members and passengers who are not familiar with the environment to escape along with the right way is a very important issue. In view of this,I take the new dragon ship as a research object,to make a precise three-dimensional digital model,use the FDS fire dynamic simulator to analyze the data ,writing operation process in Microsoft Excel after the establishment of complete information. The program will be able to analyze the complicate FDS data, when a fire accident occurs, according to the “the maximum allowable time to evacuate” ,program can calculate the most safe and proper way to evacuate at any location,and indicate the right way by dynamic lights.
