Government in order to improve the employment rate of Aboriginal, Indigenous Peoples Commission and the relevant units have been actively promoting the policies of The present study intends to achieve through the following points: 1. Find Aboriginal employment guarantee ultimate goal of the Principles andStrategiesof the Construction of the system; 2. The influence factors of aboriginalemployment and development and its connected nature; 3. So as to viewthecurrent job security and promote Aboriginal employment direction of compliance with the principles of equality and justice and related policies are implemented; 4. Review of aboriginal employment services and other relevant policies and measures to promote and recommend feasible policy; 5. DiscussionTaoyuan City aboriginal employment development ofspecific policies. In this study, mainly from the aboriginal committee Taoyuan District Office of Career Services Executive, Aboriginal labor vendor (employer), etc. For Aboriginal Employment Services Committee Taoyuan District Office of the Executive to respond to employment policies. From the interview data analysis, his conclusions were as follows: 1. Promoting employment policy, from the previous negative way limited referral service transforming into a proactive service, with characteristic for native land and the importance of the employability of weak employment and services to do a specific object functions; 2. The interests of security, that the right to work to enhance the rule of law in addition to government agencies complete, the most important is to change from education and Aboriginal values begin their work in order to promote employment of the right to work to improve material assistance; 3. Vocational training, the need to establish a unique Aboriginal culture system of vocational training certificates in order to enhance the professional competence of their work in order to secure longeremploymentopportunities to enhance the professional quality and literacy. Under this study recommends the following: 1. Formulate and improve Aboriginal employment policies (decree); 2. Currently promoting continue to promote the (poly) employment policies and employment of the primary urban village services; 3. Enhance professional knowledge and ability of personnel policy implementation; 4. Enhance Aboriginal Employment Services (Governor) Treatment Commissioner; 5. Combine training with the creation of tribal unity characteristic VTC personnel; 6. Walking around employment services.
