Using the qualitative research method, we interviewed 10 students entered from 2012 to 2014, to understand their motivation of studying MBA 、learning experience and stories and influence on their life development after graduation. According to this research, we got some conclusions. 1.Promotion and pay are the major motivations for military and government personnel to attend advanced courses. 2.“Need to work” is the first reason for non-government personnel to concern. 3.After learning management, there are some gaps below their expectation, but they still enhance their ability to think logically and solve problems. 4.The individual working and unexpected ability enhance after learning management, which meets what they expect. 5.The personal relationship gets better after learning management, which meets what they expect. 6.The respondents get feedback from courses is “entrepreneur speech”. 7.The female respondents change their family relationship better after learning management. 8.“To write paper” is the most stressful for the respondents during graduate school. 9.Most respondents have clear career plan ”long-life learning”and career transition, which should be the attitude of modern people. According to the research conclusion, I have some suggestions: 1.For training institution: (1)To encourage alumni to keep on studying. (2) The business management graduate school open practical courses. (3)To combine school learning content and students’current working experience, to create the sharing culture. (4)To communicate different field of industry, which deepens and widens the learning. (5)To evaluate the feasibility of entrepreneurship courses. (6) To integrate the alumni resource sharing platform. 2.For students (1)Students adjust their learning attitude. (2)The military and government personnel students should open their mind to absorb different fields of knowledge. (3)Students should set up goals of long-life learning. (4)To share information to grow together and create work culture. Li,Cheng - Lung 李政隆 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 86 zh-TW
